Due to expansion, my client are currently recruiting a Financial Planner. Applicants will have the ability to work confidently with both wealthy private clients and corporate clients and will need to be highly organised and technically astute.

You would be joining an established business with a reputation for being able to deliver sophisticated whole of market, independent financial planning advice and this would be an excellent opportunity to build your own reputation and career. Although basedin Leeds we have clients all over the UK and regular travel will be a feature of the role, a generous car allowance will be available to support this.

The successful Financial Planner will eitherbe a relatively recently qualified Financial Adviser, keen to learn and develop alongside very experienced colleagues, or a highly competent Paraplanner, ready for the next step in their career.You'll be a naturalrelationship builder who is used to delivering and contributing to a highly personalised and fully holistic financial planning service, putting the client at the heart of everything you do.

- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 years experience advising clients face to face in an independent adviser role
- Detailed knowledge of financial planning solutions for individuals, business owners and workplace pensions.
- Financial acumen. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of financial matters and strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to make a connection with clients, putting them at ease, and gaining trust and have the ability to explain complex matters in a simple way.
- Highly professional and presentable.
