DNA Recruitment are looking for an experienced telesales or internal sales professional to work remotely for our client who provide logistics and transport solutions internationally. You will have a proven track record in logistics operations or sales as well as telesales/internal sales and possess the motivation and drive to work from home productively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell logistics services
- Provide information services and answer customer questions
- Deal with the whole sales process from first contact to closing
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services or solutions
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through telesales and inside sales techniques
- Meet or exceed clear and achievable sales targets and goals
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales
- Experience within the logistics industry in sales or operations
- Excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals
- Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to engage customers over the phone

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
