**Introduction**:
My client is a privately owned manufacturing company, working from the Heart of Coventry

This state-of-the-art facility offers a comprehensive range of services, encompassing concept support, innovative design, meticulous development, precision engineering, agile prototyping, and efficient production. Taking ride in their versatile manufacturing capabilities, which extend seamlessly to aluminium, steel, and composite materials.

**This is a critical role within planning for this organisation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan different sectors of the business when required.
- Key holder or KPI (adherence to plan)
- Work closely with the internal and external customer to deliver requirements, identify and resolve any bottlenecks in capacity to eliminate any risks to production.
- Developing key accounts such as Major F1 and Automotive clientele and any new business into site.
- Ensure all customer schedules, demand & sequencing is tracked to ensure optimum delivery is achieved. On time every time.
- Maintain relationships with key customers to help maximise future opportunities.
- Ensure all customer schedules are downloaded and any variances established and corrected before confirming with the supply chain and production teams.
- Where variances in customer demand is significant compared to previous schedules. Customers and management will be made aware of changes and escalate as required.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements liaising with various departments within the company.
- Attend APQP meetings and visits as and when required.
- Control of new model, engineering changes and vehicle run out through co-ordination between engineering, projects, and supply chain.
- Completing reports and forecasts as required.
- Escalation of any customer delivery supply issues in a timely manner to mitigate failure in customer satisfaction.
- To act as a flexible member of the supply chain team to support colleagues and cover when necessary.
- To help minimise costs from customers.
- Any other reasonable task, duty of function as requested by the Supply Chain Manager.
- Provide data, reports and agreed KPI’s to demonstrate above objectives.
- Key person in driving and helping implement system changes for the MRP system
- MRP and sage experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
