Pa to Md/sales

**Overview**:
Assist the MD in developing new business, research bids, tender experience would be beneficial.
- Work closely with the MD in all aspects of the business
- Typing of confidential information
- Arranging business meetings for sale and reviews
- Support when required to ease pressure in all aspects of the business
- Research all websites to find tender opportunities
- To assist the MD in answering tenders, ensuring all information is collated to a very high standard
- Research all new cleaning opportunities and discuss with MD and maintain a database of the targets and the actions taken
- To support the MD in sales target achievement
- Manage social media ensuring all positive Client responses are posted
- Promote the Bell brand in all areas, discussed and agreed with the MD
- Manage the Bell website and oversee the construction of a new website, manage it and maintain by ensuring constant updates are posted
- Review and oversee compliance for the business, ensuring all documentation is captured, updated and filed
- Oversee quality documentation ensuring all documentation is captured, updated and filed
- Be responsible for all policy and procedure documentations for the business
- Support the Office Manager as and when required or when identified.

**Hours of work**:
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
