**SHIFT: TWIGHLIGHT MONDAY-THURSDAY 4.30PM - 9.30PM**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
The primary role for this position will involve carrying out the Pin Through Hole assembly (soldering) on a range of circuit boards. The role will also include other production tasks as required.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Soldering Components into a range of circuit boards (PCBs) following assembly drawings.
- Performing View and Touch up on Wave Soldered PCBs
- Mechanical assembly of products to sub-assembly levels.
- Assist when required with SMT process inspection.
- Perform where required general production work such as preparing items for build and manual tasks following surface mount assembly.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Previous Soldering experience
- IPC-A610 Certification advantageous.
- Soldering experience of SMT components advantageous
- Recognition of electronic components both PTH and SMT
- Excellent attentional to detail.
- Good listener and team player.
- Methodical, enthusiastic, organised, and able to work on own initiative.
- Have a flexible approach to working arrangements. Out of hours working may be required to cover the needs of the business in certain situations.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: From £11.00 per hour
