**About the team**
The Cross Sale team intelligently manage a variety of campaigns to ensure we maximise the products our customers have with us. As a Cross Sales Advisor you will be empowered to enhance our customers business using data to identity new sales opportunities. Ensuringour customers have the correct products and promoting additional products to enhance business growth. We are passionate about what we do and you will be also.
**What you will be doing**
As a Cross Sale Advisor you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from existing Worldpay from FIS customers. You need to be an advocate of customer experience and commercial acumen, add value to our customers by promoting and selling theproducts and services that Worldpay from FIS can provide to enable customer and business growth.
There will be pricing rates to discuss which are in line with Worldpay Pricing Policy and terminal hire contracts suitable to customer's requirements.
It's your responsibility to cross sell products to help our customers grow whilst excelling business sales targets.

- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure
- Adapt well to a changing environment

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Previous cross selling / sales experience desirable 3 - 5 bullet points of extra attributes but are not necessities
- Previous experience working in an outbound call setting
