**Reed Talent Solutions** are currently working with several NHS Trusts to recruit User Trainers on an interim basis, the post-holder will play a major role in transforming the way the NHS trusts handles its waiting lists. You will be workingat the heart of the tool’s adoption, collaborating with multidisciplinary Trust-based teams to deliver workplace training on the Trust Care Coordinated Solution, empowering users to embrace a tool which will ultimately prioritise backlogs to save lives.

- Salary: £33,706 - £40,588 (pro rata)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide training to clinicians and non-clinicians (in patient facing roles) in Trusts by educating and delivering training on the CCS to groups and one-on-one sessions
- Be responsible for the effective delivery of training by analysing and scoping issues, undertaking training needs assessments, identifying user and business requirements, and thus adapting the training offering and approach tailored to user-specific requirements
- Work with trusts against their delivery plans and to meet their implementation targets
- Support adoption of the tool by guiding users through the change process - from initial awareness and desire to use the tool, to providing the knowledge and skills to use the tool, to reinforcing the active use of the tool after implementation
- Monitor performance and regularly report upwards against plans, targets and priorities, escalating actions, risks and issues where appropriate
- Maintain an overall understanding of the strategic direction of training within the organisation and other relevant priorities
- Operate independently and autonomously, following the agreed workplan for your individual Trust(s), while working within a recognised national team structure where you contribute and feed in input to positively influence the direction of the programme

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience working in adult learning
- Evidence of working within professional multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of training users in a digital system or data platform, especially in a healthcare or public sector environment Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders of various seniorities
- Good understanding of digital systems and data platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which can be tailored depending on audience (Essential). Knowledge of training techniques and delivery approaches
- Proven ability to effectively problem-solve
- Experience scoping training requirements and conducting training needs assessments
- Experience of working within a change management/training setting.
- Understanding of IG, Confidentiality and Data protection.
- Experience at trust level within the NHS.
