Parlour Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a Supervisor has arisen within our Inverness Parlour due to company growth. We are looking for a creative individual who is looking to develop their career in a fun, diverse and growing family run business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, motivating the team to think creatively and drive upselling.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them with their tasks and ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Oversee parlour operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ordering stock from external and internal suppliers.
- Engaging with existing customer pool and thinking innovatively to bring in new customers.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to improve operational efficiency.
- Creating rotas when required based around business needs.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
