Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in finance? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance and commercial processes, maintaining accurate and timely management information, and driving continuous improvement in all processes on a key contract. You will work closely with our Operations team to support them from a Commercial perspective as required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with large sets of data, and utilize your strong Excel skills to manipulate and present data in an easily understandable format. You will have the opportunity to develop your financial analysis and reporting skills, and gain valuable experience working with a team of experienced finance professionals.

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to drive continuous improvement in all processes. Ideally, you will be studying towards an accounting qualification, and be committed to your professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Catering Invoicing
- PM Invoicing, client mth end schedule & monthly slides
- Updating of Catering trending, forecasting analysis
- Setting up month end schedules for Catering & KAPD 2 & running Coupa reports
- Preparing the KAPD2 contracts Sales inv upload sheets
- Post all month end jnls for KAPD2 & KAPD3 including catering
- Agency accruals for KAPD2 & KAPD3 including catering & update payroll reports
- Saving and referencing BS backup and updating ageing on the BS recn files
- Assist Ops in closing down open Coupa PO’s

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Previous experience within a Commercial / Finance Team within a similar environment
- Looking to career progression into a Finance Business Partner role
- Full understanding of finance processes / practices, preferably working towards a finance qualification
- High level of verbal and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines essential
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely information to the Finance Business Partner
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with and provide support to customers, employees and teams at all levels
- Advanced level of IT skills - MS Office but mainly Excel. Ability to create multiple tier spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills
