**All about you**

We have an exciting position for a QHSE Coordinator to support the business to ensure that the Quality and Health, Safety and Environmental requirements described in the documented management system, relevant accreditation standards where applicable (ISO 9001), and client specific requirements are met daily across the site.

This role would suit someone with a NEBOSH certificate or working towards one and who has experience within a QHSE department.

You will contribute to the safety of the business by:

- Ensuring daily that any observed Health & Safety Issues are dealt with in line with company policy and with legal requirements
- Coordination of QHSE document and record management process and maintenance of QHSE related records
- Assist in the development of new processes, updating existing processes, analysing, collection and reporting of KPI data
- Participate in QHSE meetings and prepare minutes as requested
- Providing support for generating risk, DSE and COSSH assessments
- NEBOSH Certificate or working towards it
- Managing Safety/IOSH equivalent
- Previous QHSE experience
- Practical experience of H&S risk assessment and auditing
- Use of Microsoft Office Software, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to create clear and thorough reports, procedures, and guidance documents
- Good organisational and planning skills sufficient to plan own time and workload to ensure that deadlines and timescales are met
- High Degree of accuracy in work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
