The Internship programme offers a fantastic opportunity to embark on a 12-month placement with our Early Talent Recruitment Team, where you'll play a vital role in shaping Early Careers recruitment strategies within Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW). This internship could serve as the ideal foundation for launching your career in the exciting realm of Talent Acquisition.
The Internship:
- Collaborate with local universities and colleges to support effective pipelining
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with the attraction, sourcing and interviews of early talents through advertising, social media and other channels
- Supporting early careers events either through attendance or co-ordination activities.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with planning, coordination and delivery of activities and events related to Early Talent Programs throughout the year
- Acting as an employer ambassador of Siemens Software to promote our brand at every opportunity throughout the early career's recruitment cycle.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing higher education with a specialisation in Human Resources or a related field.
- The ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment.
- Be enthusiastic about using social media and other platforms to promote your activities.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage priorities.
- Flexible to travel as you will be required to attend events occasionally with some overnight stay.
- Available to start immediately or in the next couple of months
