Barista

What we will be looking for in the Barista/Cafe Staff:

- We’re looking for previous experience in operating high quality hospitality or retail franchised concepts and maintaining brand standards.
- With a natural enthusiasm for the task in hand.
- A commercially astute and highly numeric barista
- A good team leader with plenty of self-motivation.
- EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. Bright, bubbly, helpful, caring.
- Barista skills or catering skills are not necessary but preferable. Training can be given. Our priority is customer service abilities
- Ability to work alone and under pressure.

Able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels.
- Committed to the needs of the customer.
- Well presented and enthusiastic.
- Adaptable and a quick thinker prepared to make decisions.
- At home in a fast-moving, highly pressurised environment.
- Must have previous experience in operating a retail business ideally in a restaurant, bar and coffee shop arena.
- Excellent command of English with a good telephone manner.
- Efficient and well organised.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Proactive attitude.
- Capable of working under extreme pressure with a calm approach.
- Able to plan and prioritise.
- Must have the right to work in the U.K
- Able to work long hours.

Applicants must be available to work during the week and at weekends.

*The ability to cover extended periods with notice.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
