Okay, so picture this. You went to university; you got the degree. Excellent.

You applied to loads of grad schemes, you went through the gruelling interview processes, and result You landed yourself an amazing role in one of the big 4 (or 6) consultancies. You've now been there for a few years, maybe 4 or 5, and the career path hasbeen paved out for you.

You've trained up to be an Accountant, and you're now going down the audit route-you've worked so hard to get to where you are now. The thought of a career change seems impossible, and you don't want to throw away years of hard work, but the long hours,and corporate lifestyle are starting to wear you thin. Could there be something else out there for you?

I'm helping this awesome business who have built a platform that uses Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence which helps improve finance processes. They have animpressive customer base, many of them being large Finance companies, and after a successful Series A funding, they are investing heavily into their people, and growing the team.

What's special about this role, is you need absolutely ZERO Product Management experience. What we're looking for, is someone who has worked at one of the big 4 or 6 Consultancies, and you've chosen to go down the Audit route, and you're now looking fora change. This company has seen huge success in training up Accountants into being successful and talented Product Managers, and they're looking to replicate this with their new hire

You'd be joining their small Product team, of which 2 out of 3 are qualified accountants, to support their core Product Management processes. You would get full training in all things Product, learning from some seriously talented folk, and you'd be meetingwith customers to talk Finance and understanding how you can solve their problems with technology

What they're looking for out of you:

- Minimum 3 years of Audit experience at one of the big 4 Accounting firms
- You have a genuine interest in tech, and the idea of working with AI/ML products excites you
- You have an Accounting and Finance degree or qualification
- You have a high work ethic and great written and spoken communication skills
