Perkins Bar Bistro & The Carriage Hall are looking for bright, smart and happy people to fill our restaurant, bar and event vacancies.

Perkins Bistro and The Carriage Hall in Plumtree are two of Nottingham's most established and highly regarded venues owned and operated by the Perkins family. With a long heritage of delivering outstanding service and fabulous award winning food, the Perkins Family are passionate about providing truly memorable experiences to their customers.We are looking for people to work in Perkins Bistro, our much loved restaurant, and The Carriage Hall, our stunning wedding and event venue.

Working in line with our values and standards, the main functions of the roles are:
1. Assisting in the setting up of the restaurant/ event.

2. Responsible for assisting in restaurant/ event service, delivering food and drink/ working behind the bar.

3. Assisting in the good order of the front of house areas, keeping things spotless.

4. Assisting in the training of new team members (when up to speed).

5. Monitoring and reporting on daily stock levels and receiving deliveries.

The right people for these roles will be those who love food, take pleasure in making other people happy, have a strong work ethic and are able to think for themselves. They will need to have high standards of personal presentation and have the confidence to engage with co-workers and customers.

These are part-time or full time roles with flexible hours that include lunchtimes and late nights.
