Tutor

Our school is seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to work with students who are outside mainstream education. The students come from diverse backgrounds and have varying learning needs, and we are looking for a tutor who can provide individualized support to each student.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop individualized learning plans for students based on their unique needs and learning styles.
- Create engaging and interactive lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to develop individualized learning plans and adapt instruction to meet the needs of each student.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
