Grade: PBT7-2

**Salary**: £24,300 OTE £29,300

Hours: Predominantly Monday to Friday 08:15 - 17:30

**What will I be doing?**:

- Providing a vehicle Mechanical Report to AA business customers and organisations
- Carrying out vehicle checks to a high standard on client’s premises against set criteria within set time frames
- Working on site autonomously ensuring correct use of PPE and compliance with site-specific Health & Safety
- Ensuring the optimum use of time and costs when undertaking diagnostic work
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge in the field of automotive systems
- Maintaining a high standard of serviceability and cleanliness for all equipment

**What do I need?**:

- L2 City & Guilds or NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Recent garage experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely and in a professional manner
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer care
