An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our administration teams.

The post is advertised at 37.5 hours perweek over 5 days on a fixed term contract for 6 months. The post holder will have a minimum of 2 years administration and clerical experience excellent communication skills and experience of working with the public preferably in a health care or clericalsetting. Qualifications should include Business Administration level 3 or equivalent in Word Processing, knowledge of Microsoft packages, excellent diary and time management skills along with organisational and prioritisation of workload.

The post holder will be based at St Peter's Centre, in Burnley (with cross team cover done remotely). The post holder will be aligned to a specific team but will work across all three Children's Therapy Teams providing cover for both planned and unplanned leave in response to the needs of the service and therefore flexibility to cover at other sites is a prerequisite. The role will involve undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support across the Children's Therapy Service locations, coordinating their activities to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
