Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic, customer focussed individual to join our client as a Homecare Technician. This is a full time permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work in a rewarding position with a supportive and employee focussed business.

The hours of work are Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts on a 4 week rota basis, 11am to 8pm. Some overtime may be available and additional, enhanced payment will be made for this.

A company vehicle, PDA, uniform and full training will be provided.

You will be working as part of a team delivering Oxygen to NHS patients at home. This is an important role where your duties will include:

- Attending the depot on a daily basis to collect Oxygen for delivery
- Delivering, installing, and removing Oxygen Products for the client on behalf of the NHS in the Inverness area.
- Ensuring deliveries match requirements on patients’ prescriptions.
- Working with local Depot Manager & Field Service Managers to achieve delivery of service.
- Liaising with the planning department to manage schedule Ensuring compliance with contractual KPI’s Treating patients with respect and empathy, always delivering a quality service.
- Working safely, following all procedures & operating instructions Following all statutory compliance & governance procedures
- Inputting accurate data onto a mobile PDA device

Due to the nature of this position you must have a full clean driving licence and will need to complete an enhanced disclosure. You must have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people.
