**Who are we looking for?**

Alongside being a qualified and HAD or Audiologist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Audiology professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.

**The Opportunity**:

- On target earnings of £90k in the first year. What could year 2 and beyond look like?
- 50% shareholding
- Up to £45k basic salary (plus holiday, private medical insurance and much more)
- As part of your established network you will service two other locations, in Epping and Loughton.
- Multi skilled colleagues supporting with triaging and aftercare
- You’ll be working with top of range equipment, plus the latest hearing aids on the market

**About the store**

Specsavers Harlow opened their doors to Audiology in 2020 and has grown rapidly, seeing huge success with the ever-increasing demand. Situated on the main high-street, this private only hearing business provides an excellent service to its customers in Harlow and surrounding areas.

This vibrant practice boasts five Optical testing rooms and two dedicated Audiology booths. As well as having an engaged optical team who are able to offer extensive Audiology knowledge. Harlow also has two dedicated administrators - plus a qualified Hearcare Assistant. As the new Audiology Director, you would have scope to build and shape the team further as required

Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
