Head Groundsperson

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Head Groundsperson to join our team in managing our sports sites in and around Bath.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and renovating a variety of sports pitches at various standards. on and off season.
- End of season renovations.
- Use ground preparation equipment (stone burrier, rotovator, and box rake).
- Commute to job location with the equipment provided using the company vehicle.
- Follow health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Head Groundsperson or a similar role is advantageous
- Attention to detail and good decision making.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year
