Coulter Elite resourcing are currently looking for a Yard Supervisor who can be involved with the team and not only lead the team but work alongside them to organise all daily stock and transport operations to tight deadlines.

This is a once in a life opportunity to deal with a company that is one of the biggest in its industry.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Yard Supervisor : -**
- Organise the yard operative to oversee all stock picked ready for despatch.
- Heading up a dedicated team of yard operatives assisting with all daily points of escalation.
- Able to work outside along side the team in all weathers.
- Ensure all loads are picked correctly for despatch and all returned stock is recorded and checked correctly.
- Conduct daily inspection of stock to ensure they are clean and free of damage.
- Report on a daily and weekly basis into the yard Manager highlighting any areas of concern.

**Person specification: -**
- Have good I.T skills excel/word.
- Need a forklift license.
- Need to be able to communicate and work with a full team.
- Up for getting involved and hands on with the team to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to follow Process’s and instructions.

This is a full time permanent Yard Supervisor position, Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, offering an annual salary of £24,000 to £26,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, death in service and free car parking.
