An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a reputable global firm with offices across over 45 countries on 5 continents. Proud of their very well-established presence in the Middle East region, they are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their team inthe UAE*. The firm advises clients on corporate/M&A, commercial, real estate, private equity, Islamic finance and other legal matters.
You will have:

- sound experience in corporate, M&A, private equity, and/or venture capital matters
- first-class technical skills
- excellent communication and collaborative skills
- ability to manage your own workload
- demonstrable eagerness to learn

Fluency in Arabic is desirable.
