Operations Planner

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to employ a personable and motivated **Operations Planner.** Responsible for delivering a first class and professional operations planning and works order creation service; in addition to:

- Own the decision-making responsibility that drives the management of production works orders.
- Coordinate the loading of all rolling 3-month machine/resource schedules for the company.
- Support all "clean to build" status meetings and take ownership of key scheduling actions.
- Drive weekly Planning meetings, with support from Operations, Quality and Engineering functions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the company's machine/resource capacity plans.
- Coach stakeholders on scheduling techniques / technologies to support growth and demand.

- An understanding and experience of working with ERP systems.
- Experience in fast moving manufacturing environment.
