Experienced/trainee Bra Fitter

**Role & responsibilities**

Your primary role would be to work within a small retail team, specialising in fitting customers with the perfect fitting bra.
- Greet & welcome customers that have booked or walk-in to the shop
- Manage phone & online bookings
- Have/develop good product knowledge of our brands
- Explain the bra fitting process/experience
- Listen & understand customer needs
- Provide expert advice & assist the fitting of bras in the fitting room
- Take deliveries, price, maintain & manage stock
- Take payments
- Maintain & merchandising the shop
- You would need to be female & have a confident & collected manner.
- Have a retail background, ideally having worked in a customer-facing sales role & have carried out the above duties **(though not essential, if you are happy to learn you, we can train you).**:

- You would need to be good with people and not be embarrassed about handling the female form as the role of a bra fitter would involve being ‘hands-on’ with our customers.
- Most importantly you would need to have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Be available to work on Saturdays

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
