**Job overview**:
Within the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resuscitation Administrator to join an established and dynamic Resuscitation team.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and motivated, and provide general administrative support to the NCA resuscitation team to enable the delivery of an efficient and effective service and to carry out data input activities in relation to training delivered. Computer literacy, good communication and organisational skills are essential.

Your normal place of work will be the Resuscitation Training Department, Dinwoodie Clinical Skills Centre, L Block, Royal Oldham Hospital or such other location within The Northern Care Alliance, where you may reasonably be required to work for the proper performance and exercise of your duties.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will provide general administrative support to the NCA resuscitation team to enable the delivery of an efficient and effective service and to carry out data input activities in relation to training delivered. Duties will include:

- Triaging incoming calls and deal with administrative queries in a timely manner.
- Data input of training delivered on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system to maintain accurate records of compliance.
- Work as part of a team and provide cross cover in periods of staff absence.
- Ensure processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to ensure an efficient and quality service to all users.
