My client is a privately-owned investment and development company, with an overall portfolio of over twenty-five properties located predominately around East Central London locations (Shoreditch, Old Street, Aldgate etc). They seeking a PMO who holds Chartered Building Surveyor status to join their London Team to act as Portfolio PMO.

Ideally you will have at least five years commercial surveying and PMO experience and the ability to confidently work autonomously. If you are innovative and entrepreneurial, .you will be very well suited to this role.

The Role
You will be a key professional advisor to the Owners, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will be responsible for all building surveying and project management services across the Portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

- Project management / contract administration on small to medium sized projects up to E3m including:

- Vertical extensions and conversions; o Category A & B refurbishments; and, o PPM Works and Asset Enhancement Works.
- Principle Designer / CDM Duties
- Managing external consultant, where required, on project work.
- Pre-Acquisition (Due Diligence) Services for acquisitions.
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments and yearly reviews.
- Licence for Alterations.
- Defect diagnosis and reactive maintenance.
- Assisting Property Managers with Planned Preventative Maintenance Strategy.
- Providing Dilapidations Advice.
- Collaborating with agents and solicitors to facilitate asset transactions.
- Managing insurance claims.

You will be based in the main office in Barnet, and there will be the ability to work flexibly within company owned Business Lounges located in Aldgate, Old Street and Angel.
