Handyman/woman

**This is a full time role, 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri).**

**Advance Vauxhall** is looking for a handyman/ woman to carry out general maintenance across the 5 sites we have.

**About the role**:

- Inspecting all sites to see if there is any maintenance needed
- Ensuring all internal and external spaces (car park, garden etc) are being kept clean and in good condition
- Undertake repair/renewal works across sites such as small fittings and repairs, painting & decorating, gardening etc.
- Small plumbing or electrical jobs
- Complete work sheets and keep records
- Communicate necessary information to keep colleagues updated with work
- You must be able to work at all 5 locations if needed
- Must have **Full UK Driving Licence**

You don't have to be able to speak English fluently for this role.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
