Maintenance Engineer

Multi-skilled engineer with good mechanical/electrical skills and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics required for a **permanent** role with our client.
- **£40-45,000 per annum**:

- **22.00 - 06.00, 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday**
You will be required to work within a team to inspect, fault find and repair production machinery and company facilities to maintain an efficient, productive and safe site.
**Duties include**:

- Performing preventative maintenance routines and condition monitoring of production machinery and facilities as per the inspection schedules.Maintaining accurate records of findings and works carried out
- Making safety inspections of tools and equipment
- Diagnosing faults and repairing machines in a safe manner to minimise downtime and cost
- Anticipating machine failures and making such changes or recommendations to prevent re-occurrence and to minimise downtime
- Working to improve reliability and productivity of equipment
- Being proactive in identifying and carrying out potential machine upgrades to improve lifespan, efficiency, productivity or safety of the machine and communicating these to the management team for consideration
