Hourly rate between £11 to £11.50 per hour depending on experience, negotiable DOE.

Working pattern: Monday, Thursday, Saturday 6pm to 9pm. During school holidays and busy periods we would look to add an additional night to this schedule.

Frankie & Lola’s is an award-winning Family Entertainment Centre business.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Frankie + Lola's. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our young visitors and their families. Your meticulous attention to cleanliness and hygiene will contribute to the overall positive experience of our guests.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas within the soft play facility, including play structures, seating areas, toilets, and other designated spaces.
- Regularly empty rubbish bins, sanitize surfaces, and ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy appearance and prevent hazards.
- Clean and disinfect play equipment, toys, and props on a routine basis to ensure a hygienic play environment.
- Restock toilet supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Monitor and address any spillages, accidents, or messes promptly to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any issues or repairs needed within the facility.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with organizing and arranging play areas to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the soft play space.

Applicant Profile - What we look for in an excellent Venue Cleaner;
- Prior experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing cleanliness and safety issues.
