**About the role**
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a **Digital Lead (Non-Technical)** to join our growing team in Derby.

**We are open to a job share/full & part-time and flexible working applicants**

As A Digital Lead (Non-Technical) you will lead the evolution of the Digital Strategy for Power Transmission and Distribution.

**What you'll be doing**
- Engage with Stakeholders across the business to understand opportunities for improvement, project requirements and customer needs.
- Successfully develop and implement a digital programme that delivers customer value, improve efficiency, and reduce risk, by utilising information, processes, technology.
- Coach senior leadership to improve digital confidence
- Inspire, lead and manage the digital team
- Manage the overall programme
- Drive cost benefit analysis
- Monitor and report on benefits delivered
- Manage programme risk
- Support the Head of Transformation and Digital with wider business change activities.

**Who we're looking for** The following qualities/experience are essential**:

- Can lead, inspire and train others to improve digital confidence
- Mentors project stakeholders internal and external to achieve client /project goals and aspirations
- Excellent programme management skills
- Experience of implementing significant change
- Strong technical (Digital) knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to form effective relationships across the business and externally,
- Demonstrate the BBG behaviours

**The following qualities/experience are desirable**:

- Proven record of implementation and delivery of the latest industry guidelines for Digital project delivery
- Experience of continuous improvement and lean
