This role is a unique opportunity for you to work at Stokesay Castle, the finest and best-preserved fortified medieval manor house in England.

You will contribute to an inspirational visit to Stokesay Castle through exceptional Food and Beverage activities. Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the Food and Beverage outlet, ensuring that EH Food and Beverage standards are achieved and maintained, both in the front and back of house, and that all legal requirements are met. You will support the Food and Beverage team to ensure an outstanding eating experience is provided for all our visitors, whilst optimizing opportunities to generate income.

Weekend and bank holiday working is essential.

As our Supervisor you will contribute to our overall commercial targets, supporting site operations and managing relationships with other teams on site through effective communication and cross-working, and deputizing for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence.

To be considered as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will need:
Customer Service - The ability to provide excellent service to our visitors that ensures their expectations are exceeded
Self-Motivation - Demonstrates the drive and motivation to achieve results
Team Working - The ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively together to meet the needs of the charity
Process Awareness - The ability to follow processes and procedures in a pragmatic way
Motivated to work for English Heritage at a site working with customers
