BPC Recruitment are actively seeking a Marketing Executive for a well-known Housebuilder in the Northern Home Counties offering hybrid working and a fantastic career pathway.

Your role will be to support the marketing strategy for the business unit that delivers a strong prospect database for current and future developments and strengthens the company brand in local communities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the production, accuracy and content of all marketing communications including integrated campaigns via roster creative, media and PR agencies;
- Maintain the standard rolling plan identifying marketing campaigns for all developments.
- Regularly update the content of the business unit’s pages, both at Sales and Land phase on the company website, ensuring information and availability is accurate;
- Deliver a consistent brand experience across all channels, using templated creative guidance and best practice guidance.
- Act as Social Media Lead answering queries set in the Social Media Guidelines.
- Review effectiveness and ROI of campaigns using standard monthly reports and online analytic tools. Use this knowledge for future marketing campaigns.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Marketing would be an advantage or a recent CIM qualification.
- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
- Strong project management/organisational skills.
- Understanding of Facebook and Google marketing products.
