**Part Time / Permanent - 20 x hours per week (to include weekends) and flexible to meet the needs of the role & business.**

**Summary & Purpose of the Role**:
To assist the Marina Supervisor and Managed Operations team in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the marina whilst positively contributing to guest experience and maximising revenue opportunities.

Working as part of a team to grow our presence as a destination marina to both a domestic and international audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- To help manage and plan the berthing of visiting boats to ensure efficient berth utilisation whilst maximising all revenue opportunities
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to all guests and constantly looking for innovative ways to further improve the guest experience
- Assist the Managed Operations team ensuring that required operational standards are met and maintained at all times in line with statutory requirements and Landsec's and IFM accreditations
- To assist with daily marina operations and office administration - safety/compliance checks, line handling, pontoon maintenance, taking bookings and ensuring payments are captured and reported as per procedures
- Be confident to lone work, to open, close or manage the marina as required
- Demonstrate co-operation, professionalism, and team spirit within the Managed Operations team
- Be open to change and be flexible both within the team and across other departments
- The role includes working inside and outside at all times of the year
- To undertake all other reasonable requests from Management as required

- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent
- Ability to swim

- Languages
- VHF Radio

**Experience**:

- Clear understanding of service excellence

- Experience in Microsoft Office functions
