Kingstown Associates is a large Mail Order Company based on Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate in Driffield, East Yorkshire. We are currently looking for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join our team.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week over 7 days (5 x 7.5hrs). Shifts can range between 8am and 8pm, working two late shifts (2-8pm) per week and a Saturday or Sunday.

We would also consider a part time applicant to work around 20 hours per week (incl. evenings and weekends).

Key responsibilities and duties include:

- Ensuring the Contact Centre is run to its full potential
- Ensuring you give direction and encouragement to Operatives to help them achieve their individual targets.
- Organise Daily Tasks, allocate work and meet daily deadlines.
- Monitor Calls to ensure that all procedures and quality standards are adhered too.
- Good I.T Skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Customer Service Skills. Must be able to handle challenging complaints.
- Conduct regular KPI’s reviews with agents on your team.
- Attend weekly Operations Meetings to provide KPI’s from your areas to other departments.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors or mistakes.
- Responsibilities of opening/locking up and securing the site.
- Health and Safety - Ensuring it’s a safe and harmonious working environment
- Requirements:

- Experience of managing a team, ideally with a Contact Centre environment.
- Experience of coaching, mentoring and developing people.
- Ability to motivate a team and individuals, maintaining a strong team.
- Work well with Pressure
- Excellent problem solving Skills
- Great Organisational skills
- Passion to Achieve
- Must be flexible with hours
