**Vacancy: -** Children and Young Person's Residential Support Workers who are qualified/Seniors/Shift Leaders within children's residential homes are urgently required to work in our Hinckley home in Leicester (LE10) AND our home in LE3.

**Salary: -** Starting at £31,300.00 dependent on experience (OTE includes sleep-ins paid at £50 per night and bonus package)

**About the home: -**

The home has 3 bedrooms for young people up to the age of 18 who are healing from trauma and adverse childhood experiences. We will address the child's needs based on their initial assessment.

We provide a unique service by combining care and therapy for its young people and we would love you to join us if you share our passion

**About the Role**:
You will be a member of a responsible team in charge of the day-to-day care of young people with Emotional and/or Behavioural difficulties within a Children’s home.

To act as a positive role model in ensuring their physical, social and emotional needs are being met whilst being flexible, dynamic and engaged in supporting the young people in our care.

To proactively encourage young people to participate in a variety of opportunities that are healthy, meaningful, give them a sense of achievement, and help build their self-esteem.

Actively contribute to care plans, share in report writing and monitoring and participate in housekeeping duties. You will also work directly with families, social workers and other relevant people where appropriate.

To work in line with the companies’ policies and procedures, and The Children’s Homes Regulations and maintain high professional standards at all times.

**Experience**:To have worked in children's residential homes with children and young people.

**Qualifications**: To hold your L3/4 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or to be currently studying this or willing to enrol
