Plumber/improver

We are currently looking to employer a plumber improver for a Facilities maintenance company based in Southampton and around Hampshire. This is a full-time, Permanent position see details below if you are interested.

**Job Details**:

- Monday - Friday (40 hours)
- Competitive Salary up to £28,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on thermostatic mixer valves to TMV3 standard.
- Various tasks in relation to legionella management on site such as descaling spray taps.
- Reactive maintenance on hot and cold-water systems
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, other engineers, end users on site and general public at all times
- Ability to work effectively on own or as part of team to ensure we meet our client contract expectations
- To collaborate with other engineers and site staff to arrange site access to required working areas
- Contact suppliers for replacement parts and cost information
- A flexible approach to supporting other resources as required
- Any other tasks required by the company within skill set/experience

**Requirements**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation
- Full driving licence
- Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations
- NVQ Level 2 plumbing City and Guilds qualification (or equivalent)
- Legionella awareness
- Unvented water systems qualification
