We’re big believers in the uplifting power of coffee, from raising our spirits each morning to fuelling positive change every day. A hub for community connection, Mozzo brings together growers, customers and drinkers to share the buzz of the beloved coffee bean.
Founded in Hampshire in 2005, from a little red wind and solar-powered art covered coffee cart, Mozzo has always sought to bring people together through coffee connection.
We set up the C2C Fund in 2015 to underpin our entire business, ensuring accountable social and environmental impact is delivered both close to home and in our coffee-growing communities. Every coffee bean we sell contributes directly to the Fund - our commitment runs far deeper than cost per bean. It’s not fair trade, it’s friendship.
Inextricable from our purpose, our coffee beans are sourced and roasted with the upmost care and focus on consistency so we can deliver a product range that is continually reliable, flavourful and does more than pay lip service to the people who grew it.
Through the power of coffee, connection and community, Mozzo is now served in the UK, France and US by some of the leading Hotels, Restaurants, Private Members Clubs and Hospitality businesses within the UK.
**The Role -**
The role of our Brand Ambassadors is to create and develop long lasting connections with our Mozzo Partners and their teams, supporting them to develop exciting and engaging coffee cultures within their venues, and to deliver exceptional coffee experiences to their guests.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will become one of the key faces and voices of the brand, and will help shape the perception of Mozzo and its products within Partner Venues and beyond.
**What you’ll be doing -**
1. Customer Connections - Coffee Culture & Quality
- Creating and developing long standing connections with Mozzo Partners and their teams.
- Take ownership of the coffee culture and quality within our Partner Venues and push for continuous improvement.
- Identifying product/service and/or brand extension opportunities for the Mozzo brand within its customer base that will drive their coffee culture and standards forward.
- Complete detailed Coffee Quality Audits (for selected Partner Venues) and share constructive feedback on how they can improve the quality of the coffee experiences served.
- Knowledge Development - Coffee Credibility and Training
- Bringing a sense of Coffee Credibility and Passion to our customers.
- Delivering engaging coffee training to baristas in Partner Venues*.
- Creating and running structured training plans tailored to each Partner Venue and their respective needs.
- Taking ownership of each individual baristas’ coffee development and ensuring their journeys are progressive and ever evolving.
- Keeping detailed notes (inc. images) of training delivered to include focus points
- Sharing feedback with key decision makers to help them develop their teams
- Encouraging Partner Venues to upskill their team by sending them to more advanced training, and showing how this can benefit their businesses.
- Up-selling and delivering Intermediate and Advanced Training*
- Supporting the Sales Team with Tastings, Presentations and Events
- Supporting the Brand Team to gather Social Media content from Mozzo Partner venues
*This includes both On-Site and Off-Site at the Mozzo Roastery (Southampton) and/or our London Training Room.
*May require out of hours/weekend work.
2. Additional Support
- Assisting Partners with telephone support for simple technical issues.
- Working together with the Mozzo Technical Department to escalate repairs requiring engineer attendance and checking in with venues/technical team to ensure issues are resolved.

- Social Media Savvy - able to spot and capture content for the brand and marketing team back at Mozzo World (The Roastery) while in the field
