Paraplanner

Reed have been engaged to support a firm of financial advisors who offer a wealth of experience covering a wide range of financial services. They are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team based in Poole. You will be working directly with all members of the team undertaking a variety of tasks.

**About the role**:

- Preparing and maintaining client files. You will carry out research for the Practice Principle client meetings
- Undertake research to identify suitable solutions to meet the client’s needs
- Prepare information/comparisons for analysis
- Consider current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to client risk profile
- Prepare suitability letters in accordance with the agreed recommendations
- Act as main technical point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients Organise future planning meetings with client

**Key Skills**:

- Hold certificate in or working towards relevant financial planning qualification
- A good understanding of the financial planning processes
- Strong report writing ability and experience
- Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
- Confident customer facing manner
- Ability to carry out needs analysis and make recommendations to Adviser
