Hoebridge is a busy Golf Centre based near Woking, Surrey. Hoebridge hosts several facilities including 18 hole Main Course, 9 hole Intermediate Course, 18 hole Par 3 Course, Driving Range with TrackMan technology, Pro Shop, Gym, Pirate Golf and Bar & Restaurant.

Our Driving Range at Hoebridge is one of the busiest in the area, with 30 bays all with TrackMan technology and a bar serving food and drink throughout the day. The TrackMan Driving Range system is used by 96 of the World’s top 100 golfers to improve their game and at Hoebridge can be used to sharpen our guests game with the same radar technology. All of the bays are fitted with touch screens supplying ball tracking data, fun games and virtual golf enabling our guests to play some of the finest golf courses in the world. With a bar also situated alongside this technology our range is perfect for both the experienced golfer and group of friends looking for a fun day out.

The Driving Range Supervisor will work alongside the Driving Range Manager to oversee the day to day running of the range and the Team. The Driving Range Supervisor provides the first point of contact for members and visitors to our Driving Range, as such the role is instrumental in delivering a memorable experience, both in terms of presentation standards, and the welcome our guests receive.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily Driving Range opening and lockdown procedures.
- Conduct a daily tour of the Driving Range to ensure a clean and tidy operation.
- Greet customers, show them to their range bays and manage the Driving Range booking system.
- Offer food and drinks menus to the customers, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service.
- Effectively up sell food and drinks items from the menu.
- Supervise the Driving Range Team and report any issues back to the Driving Range Manager
- Manage the Driving Range Team in the Absence of the Driving Range Manager, or Range Bar Manager
- Work closely with the Driving Range Manager to support functions, events and F&B upselling on the Driving Range
- Have a strong working knowledge of TrackMan ensuring that they can confidently explain its features to our Range users and are actively promoting it’s usage to all members and guests.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as requested adhering to Weights and Measures compliance, utilising appropriate glass for order.
- Provide prompt service for all orders.
- Clear the bay tables as customers are finished and suggests further sales.
- Maintain and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures e.g., glassware, equipment, storage areas, refrigerators; keeps bar and service area clean in a timely manner.
- Consistently deliver outstanding service levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
