Furniture Installer

**Furniture Fitter / Installer**

We are seeking to recruit a Furniture Fitter / Installer to join our Installations team. Our company is small but fast-growing supplying furniture packs, window treatments, house packs and accessories at a variety of properties throughout London but limited to England.

You will also be required to ware a staff uniform and keep it clean and tidy fittings and installations as well supporting the team leaders and fellow fitters in their day-to-day jobs. You will need to have the highest calibre of presentation and communication skills.

**The role can be demanding and requires great attention to detail therefore the role responsibilities will include: -**
- To carry out furniture installations, accessory installations to high level dealing with Rental Agents and Clients directly.
- You need to have a good attention to paperwork detail, noting any changes / returns / or alterations to it. Making comprehensive notes so paperwork can be amended by sales team on the return to the office.
- To carry out the measures & installations of the various window treatments purchased by our clients.
- To be responsible for your part of the monthly van checks for your team, including looking after mobile phone, and special tools provided for the job.
- To make any flat pack furniture in the warehouse for your installation.
- To be presentable and professional at all times within the warehouse and out on site.

**Requirements: -**
- Experience or relatable experience in furniture installations, furniture making, curtain blind fitting and any other useful skills
- Have excellent attention to detail on the job and with your paperwork
- To be able to lift and move furniture, training provided
- To be able make flat pack furniture, training provided
- To be flexible and able to work as part of a team or on your own
- To adhere to health, safety, and environmental compliance within the warehouse and on site

**Job Type**: Full
- Permanent

Work hours are: 7:30am to 5.00pm

Days: Monday to Friday with some weekend work and overtime

20 days holiday plus bank 8 holidays and Company Pension

**Salary**: £28,000
