Call Centre Agent

We are a large domestic installer of Renewable Energy in Scotland and are looking to add to our Advisory team located in our Glasgow office. If you are looking to further your career in Renewables and have the relevant experience and drive to succeed, then we would be keen to speak with you.

Eco experience would be preferred but full training will be given

**Duties**

**Commission**

Like most target driven roles, there is a bonus structure in place.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling domestic customers and qualifying them over the telphone for Eco4 funding
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and address their needs
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
- All administrative tasks as required

**Salary**: From £19,863.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call Centre/Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
