**Exciting Opportunity: New Homes Sales Negotiator**

Are you passionate about property and driven by the thrill of sales? We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a FTSE 100 company on a prestigious development located in Reading.

**The Company**:

**The Role;**
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our high-quality homes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Managing the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Benefits include; 25 days + bank holidays, health insurance, dental health plan, pension plan, access to corporate discounts including gyms and high street brands.
- Up to £32k basic (OTE £55k)

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the property sector & New Homes.
- Knowledge of the local property market in Reading would be advantageous.
