Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of house team member to join our team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front end of our establishment.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs effectively
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or catering environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, bartending, and food safety practices is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
