Customer Equipment Administrator

We are a busy Fresh Fruit packing factory - looking for an Administrator to support to the Senior Customer Equipment Analyst in the following areas
- To ensure sufficient daily stock of customer equipment to fulfil all production requirements, track current usage and placing orders accordingly via our online customer portals.
- When orders have been placed, customer equipment admin will be responsible for liaising with our chosen haulier to arrange collection and delivery of the equipment so that it arrives onsite in line with production requirements.
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly stock takes need to be completed and all physical counts must be in line with our online portal balances, these are kept aligned by conducting daily de-hires on our online customer portals in conjunction with our daily orders and by regular physical stock checks.
- Send out weekly customer delivery schedules and notify of any delivery amendments.
- The customer equipment co-ordinator will also support with customer audits.
- Support the management of grower trays returns to the relevant tray supplier.
- Monitor the site daily for any misused customer equipment and report this to the customer equipment analyst.
- Organise all loose trays/misused customer equipment to be put back into stock.
- Complete daily stock counts and send report to the Senior Customer Equipment Analyst
**Who we are looking for**:
- Supply chain knowledge is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of online portal accounts is preferred however training will be given
- Admin experience is highly advantageous
- IT experience is advantageous
- Good communication skills essential.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Good numeracy skills essential.
- Good organisational skills essential
- Be able to deal with a change in daily routine
- Good level of excel knowledge
- Positive attitude.

Starting at £22,000 p/a
