Clear Line Maintenance are currently recruiting for FIXERS to work on a 12-18 months long project in Magellan House, Leeds

We are a leading Principal Contractor, specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

**Location**:Magellan House, 1 Armouries Way, Leeds LS10 1JP

**Job Type**: Full time, Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

**Salary**:£20 per hour

**Start date**: mid of February 2024 (EXACT DATE TBC)

**Duration of work**: 12-18 months

**Requirements**:

- Previous rain screen cladding experience - **Essential**:

- Health and safety knowledge
- CSCS - **Essential**:

- You need to work well in a team environment
- IPAF & PASMA - **Preferable**:

- Need to be able to read the drawing and work at high - **Essential**:

- You also need to have your own tools - **Essential**:

- You need to be self-emoloyed, have UTR number and CIS ( Construction Industry Scheme in order to pay 20% of tax ).

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Cladding/curtain walling: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)

Work Location: In person
