Working as the General Manager for Autoguide Equipment Ltd; earning up to £75,000.
**Your new company**
Autoguide Equipment Ltd is a Design and Manufacturing business where they offer a selection of standard original products into the fencing, agricultural and ground care market along with a special project emphasis offering bespoke design to either modify thestandard or build from scratch. Currently they are targeting growth towards the £10m turnover mark which will be achievable within the next 5 - 7 years.
The specialist bespoke products take between 3 - 9 months to build to the customer's specification. The products allow Autoguide's customer to be viewed as the market leaders in their respective industries. All the products are specified, designed, manufacturedand tested in house ensuring the best solution is achieved.

**Your new role**
As the General Manager, you will be reporting into the Managing Director, Rob Robinson. You will be in total control of the day-to-day operational output of the business with accountability for Design and Manufacturing teams. You will be expected to drive companyperformance by reducing costs and improving deliverables such as throughput and time to build. As the General Manager, you will be expected to get involved in the end-to-end Supply Chain process and build deliverable schedules to customers.

**What you'll get in return**
As the General Manager, you'll be paid a negotiable salary of up to £75,000 which will be dependent upon your experience. You will join the company private medical scheme after 1 year and you will be enrolled upon the bonus scheme which pays up to 10% (dependentupon personal and business performance). In addition to these benefits, Autoguide Equipment also provide a number of extra events including Indoor / Outdoor team activities and a full business Christmas party.
