VACANCY - YARD OPERATIVE
AYR DEPOT
Applications are invited for the position of Yard Operative within Ayr Depot.
The successful applicant will be responsible primarily for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, staff and the general public in and around Ayr Bus Station.
Changes to shifts and rest days at short notice are sometimes necessary and a high degree of flexibility is therefore required. The successful applicant will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, primarily with their supervisory colleagues and Depot Management, and must be able to deal in a tactful and efficient manner with all members of the public.
All relevant Personal Protective Equipment will be supplied and full training in the role will be provided.
