**SEN Teaching Assistant - (special educational needs - South Cambridgeshire ) needed**
We work closely with a special educational needs (SEN) school located in South Cambridgeshire area by providing short and long term SEN Teaching Assistant to work with their children.
Starting from as soon as possible, we are looking for dedicated people to work as SEN Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team to work within our local SEN school.
**The School**:

- A highly regarded and well established SEN school
- Cater for children of primary and secondary age
- Pupils have a mixture of different special educational needs
- Provide a wealth of resources for both pupils and staff
- Is easily accessible by public transport
- Offer first class specific training to all staff
- Are welcoming and supportive with new staff
- Have been working with REED Education for many years
**The Role (SEN Teaching Assistant)**:

- Supporting pupils on either a 1-2-1 or small group basis
- Promoting progress in pupils academic ability as well as social and emotional well-being
- Assisting with off-site activities / school trips
- Motivate and encourage pupils as required
- Full time or Part time hours available
- Competitive hourly rates of pay (paid weekly)

**What you will need**:

- Previous experience working within education or care
- Good communication skills
- To be enthusiastic and creative
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Confident supporting children on a 1-2-1 and small group basis
