Taking bookings and keeping customers updated as to when their shipments will arrive.
Ensuring the correct shipment procedures are carried out together with the necessary, accurate documentation such as bills of lading, certificates of origin, letters of credit.
Dealing professionally, effectively and timely with all customer queries and issues.
