Our client is a large UK based logistics/ warehouse services organisation which also has a 3PL offering
The job: is a varied and busy role supporting managers at warehouses around London

Duties include;
- Managing and advising ER cases (complex and day to day)/ end to end
- Building relationships with key stakeholders as well as union representatives
- Assisting in compiling key reports
- Supporting HR projects and change management
- Employee engagement

Previous experience
- HR/ ER generalist experience, ideally gained in a blue collar /unionised environment - desirable
- Experience working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
- Proven relationship building experience
